DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION is not recommended if you have a serious infection in the brain. Before receiving DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you have or ever had problems with your stomach or intestines (bowel disease, diarrhea), hay fever, asthma, eczema, kidney, and liver problems.
DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION should be used with caution in pregnant women. DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION is generally not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Children above 1 month of age can receive DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION with caution. The most common side effects of receiving DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION are blood clots, abnormalities in liver function tests and rashes. Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not improve.
DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION acts against the bacteria by binding to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome (site of protein synthesis). Which in turn prevents protein synthesis and kills the infection-causing bacteria.
DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION will be administered to you only by a doctor or a nurse into your muscle(intramuscular) or vein (intravenous, via a drip). Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending on your age, body weight and disease condition.

No, DALACIN C 600MG INJECTION has a high chance to interfere with the contraceptive pills which may not be effective to help in preventing pregnancy. Use additional contraception, such as a condom, even after seven days after the last injection.
