Creact capsule is enzyme supplement which is used to treat pancreatic enzyme deficiency. It is a pancreatic enzyme supplement that helps in digestion. It contains pancreatin, which is a combination of digestive enzymes called amylase, lipase and protease. These enzymes are normally produced by the pancreas and are important for digesting fats, proteins and sugars. Enteral pancreatin is used to replace digestive enzymes when the body does not have enough of its own. Pancreatin may also be used to treat a condition called steatorrhea (loose, fatty stools). The enzymes in Creact work by digesting food as it passes through the gut.
The most common side effects of pancreatin are nausea, vomiting, constipation, bloating or diarrhea. Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have gout, asthma, fibrosing colonopathy (narrowing of gut) or any allergies. Always take Creact capsule during or after a meal or a snack. This will allow the enzymes to mix thoroughly with the food and digest it as it passes through the gut.
