  • have infection of the lungs or chest
  • have heart problems
  • have an abnormal bulging of a blood vessel wall (an aneurysm)
  • have diabetes
  • have high blood pressure
  • have overactive thyroid gland
  • have low blood levels of potassium
  • have poor adrenal gland function
  • have liver problems
  • are going to have an operation

  • theophylline or aminophylline, used to treat asthma or breathing conditions
  • digoxin
  • quinidine, disopyramide, procainamide
  • tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline and imipramine
  • steroids such as prednisolone
  • antifungal medicines (such as ketaconazole or itraconazole)
  • ritonavir, atazanavir, indinavir, nelfinavir or saquinavir, used to treat viral infections including HIV
  • certain antibiotics such as clarithromycin, telithromycin or furazolidone
  • levodopa, used to treat parkinsonism
  • levothyroxine
  • procarbazine used in the treatment of Hodgkin’s disease
  • medicine used to induce labour (oxytocin)

  • If you have inhaled too much of COMBIHALE FF 250 you must immediately contact your doctor or go to the nearest emergency unit

If you forget to use COMBIHALE FF 250

  • If you forget to use a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

If you stop using COMBIHALE FF 250

  • It is very important that you using this medicine every day as directed by your doctor even if you feel well as it will help to control your asthma

  • rash or itching especially those covering your whole body
  • dizziness, light-headedness or fainting or any sudden changes in your breathing pattern wheezing or shortness of breath
