Talk to your doctor, before taking this medicine if you:
- are allergic to Nebivolol, Cilnidipine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
- have severe aortic stenosis
- have suffered from cardiogenic shock or unstable angina or Myocardial Infarction (MI)
- have low blood pressure
- have liver problems
- have asthma or other serious breathing problems
- have a tumour of the adrenal gland called a pheochromocytoma
- have very poor circulation
- are diabetic
- have thyroid problem
- have a skin condition called psoriasis
- This medicine should not be given to pregnant or breast-feeding mothers unless the benefits to the mother outweigh the risks to the baby
- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
- Consult your doctor for advice
Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines such as:
- verapamil, diltiazem, clonidine used to lower your blood pressure
- floctafenine or sultopride
- amiodarone, quinidine, hydroquinidine, disopyramide used to treat abnormal heart rhythm
- paroxetine, fluoxetine, thioridazine used to treat depression or other mental problems
- baclofen used as muscle relaxant
- amifostine used in cancer therapy
- chloroquine, mefloquine used to treat malaria
- organic nitrates used to treat chest pain
- quinidine used to slow down the heart
- terbinafine for fungal or yeast infections
- bupropion to help in cessation of smoking
- insulin or oral anti-diabetic medicines
- rifampicin, erythromycin used to treat infection
- Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
- It can be taken before or after food
- Take your medicine at the same time each day
- Swallow this medicine with a glass of water
If you take more CINOD N 2.5MG
- Contact your doctor or casualty department immediately
If you forget to take CINOD N 2.5MG
- If you forget to take a dose of CINOD N 2.5MG do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
- Take the next dose on time
- If you miss several doses contact your doctor
If you stop taking CINOD N 2.5MG
- Before stop taking of CINOD N 2.5MG consult your doctor
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

- tightness of the chest
- serious allergic reactions which may cause a rash, itching, hives or swelling of the face, lips, mouth or throat, which may cause difficulty in swallowing or breathing
- heart failure which may cause shortness of breath
- problems with your eye such as inflammation, dryness of the eye, redness or gritty-irritation of the eyelid which may cause damage to the eye
- mental health problems
- dizziness
- swelling of face, lips, eyelids, tongue, hands and feet
- fast heartbeat
- headache
- tingling or pins and needles
- fainting on standing up
- stomach upset
- feeling tired
- fluid retention (swelling)
- shortness of breath
- worsening of heart failure
- low blood pressure
- swelling of the lower limbs (such as swollen ankles)
- nightmares
- feelings of depression
- problems with eye sights, low heartbeat or other heart complaints other changes in how your heart works, which can be seen during heart exams
- low blood pressure
- difficulty or pain walking including muscle cramps, limping or lameness
- breathlessness such as in asthma
- stomach upset
- inability to get or maintain an erection
