BESTOFYLINE 100MG contain Doxofylline which belongs to a group of medicine called xanthine. It is used to treat bronchial asthma and pulmonary disease associated with bronchospasm. Bronchial asthma is a condition where the airways of lungs get swelled and narrowed. This swelling cause the air ways to produce excess mucus resulting in shortness of breath, cough, wheezing, and chest tightness.
BESTOFYLINE 100MG works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and widens airways. This makes breathing easier. The common side effects are nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, headache, irritability, insomnia, tachycardia, extrasystoles, tachypnoea.
