What is ATECARD 25mg Tablet used for?

ATECARD 25mg Tablet is used to treat chest pain (angina) and high blood pressure. It is also used to treat or prevent heart attack. By blocking the action of certain natural chemicals in your body, ATECARD 25mg Tablet lowers blood pressure, heart rate, and strain on the heart. It belongs to a group of drugs called beta-blockers.

How to take ATECARD 25mg Tablet?

The dosage of ATECARD 25mg Tablet prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.

Take ATECARD 25mg Tablet with a full glass of water.

If you have missed a dose of ATECARD 25mg Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is within 8 hours of the next dose, then skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the doses unless otherwise directed.
