Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:

  • are allergic to amlodipine, losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide or to any other ingredients in this medicine
  • have heart disease
  • have liver problems and kidney problems
  • are not passing urine
  • have been vomiting, having diarrhea, sweating a lot or not drinking enough fluids since these could cause you to have low blood pressure
  • have systemic lupus erythematosus
  • have diabetes, asthma or gout

  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Take ASOMEX LTH once a day, with or without food
  • Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water
  • Do not chew or break the tablet

If you take more ASOMEX LTH

  • Do not take more than one dose of ASOMEX LTH at a time, if you take more of this medicine consult your doctor immediately

If you forget to take ASOMEX LTH

  • If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Do not take ASOMEX LTH if it has been more than 12 hours since you missed your last dose. Wait and take the next dose at your regular time

If you stop taking ASOMEX LTH

  • Your doctor will advise you how long to take this medicine. Your condition may return if you stop taking this medicine before you are advised
