Direction for application:
• Cleanse the aching part preferably with soap and water
• Dry the skin thoroughly
• Gently remove the protective layer of the plaster
• Cover aching part with plaster and Smooth out with hand
Directions for removal:
Loosen one end and take away in quick jerks. If preferred to wet a sponge or a small piece of cotton with surgical spirit, turn back one end of the plaster slightly and drop a little of the spirit between the skin and the plaster to make the plaster come off easily
