• What is Netmeds Wallet ?

Netmeds wallet will have all the Netmeds wallet credits like
1) Cash back (NMS Cash as well as Super Cash)
2) Invoice difference
3) Refunds if any 


• What is NMS Cash?

NMS Cash is a cashback offer from Netmeds. The cashback received through this offer will be credited to your Netmeds Wallet. It can be used to purchase products from Netmeds.


• What is NMS SuperCash?

NMS SuperCash is a cashback offer from Netmeds. The cashback received through this offer will be credited to your Netmeds Wallet. You will be able to use your NMS SuperCash to pay upto 25% of your bill for each prescription medication purchase. 


• How do I check my NMS Cash and NMS SuperCash balance?

Please login to your Netmeds account and check the "E-wallet" section to know your wallet balance.


• How can I redeem NMS Cash?

You can redeem your NMS Cash when you checkout your order. You can use the entire amount in one go or use it partially.


• Can I add money to the NMS Wallet?

No. You will not be able to add money to your wallet.


• When will my NMS Cash expire?

The NMS Wallet amount is a combination of cash back and store credits and hence its expiration is as follows:
1) Cash back credits expire in 31 days from the date of credit
2) Store credits do not have any expiry date


• Can I transfer NMS Cash to a bank account?

No. You will not be able to transfer NMS Cash to your bank account.


• Can I use NMS Cash & SuperCash at the same time?

Yes, you can redeem your NMS Cash and SuperCash at the same time. 


• Can NMS Wallet be redeemed for COD orders?

Wallet balance can be redeemed only on prepaid orders.


• Can I use NMSCash or SuperCash for any product? Are there any restrictions?

You can use your NMS Cash for anything that is listed on the website. But NMS SuperCash can be redeemed only against prescription medication and cannot be used for over the counter products.
