2 tsp ginger, grated
5-6 tsp lemon juice
A dash of honey
3 small cloves
Boil a small cup of water in a pan.
Add the ginger pieces, lemon extract, honey and cloves and bubble on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Filter out the liquid and serve the ginger lemon tea hot.
