Uses of Oxetacaine+Sucralfate

The combination of Oxetacaine + Sucralfate is used to treat and prevent stomach ulcers, acidity and heartburn. It can also be used to provide pain relief associated with gut inflammation, anal fissures, piles (hemorrhoids), skin burns, wounds, bedsores, and diabetic/radiation ulcers or damaged skin.

Oxetacaine reduces pain sensation from the inflamed tissues. Sucralfate forms a protective layer over the damaged skin or tissues and covers it, which helps in preventing further injury. Therefore, when Oxetacaine + Sucralfate is taken orally, they treat ulcers and inflammation of the gut regions and when applied topically they prevent further skin damage and heals inflammation.
