How Goserelin works

Goserelin, In men it works by reducing the amount of testosterone (hormone) that is produced by body. In women, it works by reducing the amount of oestrogen (hormone). LHRH agonists work by telling the pituitary gland located in the brain to stop producing leutinizing hormone, which stimulates the testicles to release testosterone in men and stimulates the ovaries to release estrogen in women.
